How do I receive my tickets?

Once your purchase is complete, tickets will be sent to the email address you've provided.
Can I transfer my dates?

Tickets cannot be transferred to another date, so please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable, therefore it's essential to double-check your order for accuracy before completing the purchase.
Where are we located?

We are located at Level 2, 64-90 Sutton Street, North Melbourne, VIC, 3151.
What time does the venue open?

The Theatre doors open at 7:00 PM. The Society show begins at 7:30 PM. Afterwards, the venue reopens for the Scandal show at 10:00 PM, with the performance starting at 10:30 PM. However, the Front Bar welcomes you all night from 6:00 PM, where you can enjoy drinks and food before and after the performances.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Is there a smoking area?

The smoking area is located outside the venue. If you choose to leave to visit this area, you can re-enter with your ticket.

No, sorry, we are strictly an 18+ venue.
Is food and drink included in the ticket price?

No, food and drinks are available for purchase once you arrive at the venue. The cost of the ticket covers admission only.
Can we order during the show?

Certainly! Doors open at least one hour before the show starts, giving you plenty of time to enjoy dinner if you'd like. You can also place orders for food and drinks during the show or during our intermissions for your convenience.
